Refund / Exchange

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cant offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Note that before we shipped the items we send a photo to the buyer as proof that the item was thoroughly checked.
